\n\tThe topic of AR is also emerging in standards bodies and industry associations such as Khronos Group<\/a>, ISO, Web3D<\/a><\/span> Consortium<\/a>, GSMA<\/a>, OpenGeoSpatial Consortium<\/a>, IEEE AR Directions and Standards Industry Connections<\/a> and Open Mobile Alliance<\/a> among others.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDepending on your geography, there may also be local communities to which you can contribute. For example, there are the AR DevCamp<\/a> events and AR Meetup Groups<\/a>. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFace-to-face Meetings
\n<\/h1>\n

\n\tThere are also face-to-face meetings of this community. Face-to-face meetings are held approximately three times a year. Check the events page<\/a> for upcoming face-to-face meetings.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTo participate in the face-to-face meetings, advanced registration via Web is required. Entry to the meetings, including all prepared content and participation in sessions will be granted to those who complete the appropriate meeting registration form. There is no formal membership fee. Fees for participation in a face-to-face meeting are mentioned on the Web site or page for the meeting.\n<\/p>\n
