They frequently interlock and overlap. This ISMAR workshop will seek to provide practical, data-driven measures and solutions to\u00a0addressing obstacles identified by participants and members\u00a0of the AR for\u00a0Enterprise Alliance (AREA), the world\u2019s only membership-driven organization\u00a0focusing on enterprise AR adoption.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The topics and questions on which this workshop\u00a0will focus include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Identification and classification of current and future enterprise\u00a0AR adoption barriers<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Change management and digital transformation programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Appropriate measurement of enterprise AR adoption (penetration\u00a0levels)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">How to balance research and production-grade systems in enterprise\u00a0environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Design for success in enterprise AR introduction projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Organizational measures to reduce enterprise AR adoption obstacles<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Technology-supported measures to reduce enterprise AR adoption\u00a0obstacles<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Due to the increasingly high level of interest\u00a0among enterprise customers for AR tools and systems and the lack of\u00a0peer-reviewed research\u00a0published on these topics, this workshop is highly\u00a0relevant to ISMAR participants.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enterprise AR is in or near the trough of disillusionment, as described in the Gartner Hype Cycle.
