Format and Agenda

When they register, participants will have the opportunity to explain their goals/projects and describe data sets that they wish to use or places in which they seek to implement AR during the workshop. Prior to the workshop, supporting materials will be made accessible from a page on this site.

In order to support the maximum participation and to meet diverse interests, this workshop will be conducted through a combination of streaming and collaborative platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord) and live (remotely and in person). For in person participants, a room will be designated by the hosts.

In addition to the workshop committee members and colleagues, Augmented.City will make available engineering support on site in Bari and on-line to help participants with their implementations and projects. Engineering support resources will also be available prior to, during and following the workshop.

Depending on the participants’ interest and level of implementation, it may be possible to conduct a “plug-fest” on-line and/or in person.  It will also be possible to explore the interoperability demonstrations provided as part of the OSCP testbed in Bari.

In parallel with and following the hands-on exploration and testing sessions, the workshop will also support participant discussions.
